Direct Support Staff
Position Summary: The Direct Support Staff person is one who assists residents with their daily living needs, implements individual program plan objectives, and assists with general household maintenance and upkeep. This position may include sleepovers and is a non-exempt position.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Criminal record clearance in accordance with the Health and Safety Code, Section 1522©
• Physical exam clearance in accordance with relevant sections of the California Health and Safety code
• California drivers license, or picture ID, Social Security Card

House Manager
Position Summery: The House Manager is responsible for all activities and efforts within the group home to which he or she is assigned, the overall functioning and performance, such as: Day-to-day management of staff, staff orientation, development and training, client supervision, facility maintenance, food ordering and preparation, safety and cost of operations management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 25 years of age
• Criminal record clearance in accordance with the Health and Safety Code, Section 1522©
• Physical exam clearance in accordance with relevant sections of the California Health and Safety code
• California drivers license, clear driving record, Social Security Card
• At least one year work experience with the developmentally disabled or similar group setting
