DuMolin Community Living's Mayette House was opened in June of 1989.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance from Howarth Park in Santa Rosa, Mayette House offers a stimulating environment for people to learn and grow. The age range at Mayette House is 22 to mid 30's and the folks enjoy the home-like setting that still allows enough room to maneuver a wheelchair. The backyard swimming pool is an extra added attraction in the summer months and is equipped with a pool-side hoyer lift.

Individuals enjoy walking the neighborhood, going to Howarth Park, garage sales, and swimming in the back yard pool. This house is very active with numerous field trips. Everyone participates in a day program and are being supported in achieving their current goals and objectives.
