The house is nestled at the end of a dead end dirt road with a very large plot of land complete with mature shaded trees, concrete patios, basketball hoop and gazebo.

Activity level: Sacramento House is a moderately active environment with housemates who visit their families on the weekends and like to take it easy during the week. Nestled in an established neighborhood there are parks, stores and two other DuMolin Homes within short distance; both of which have in-ground swimming pools accessible to all DuMolin residents.

Tucked away in an established neighborhood they are close walking distance to shopping, parks and two other DuMolin Homes. Mayette House residents also enjoy their in-ground swimming pool and large raised and covered deck.

Activity level: Redwood House is a moderately active environment with housemates who enjoy indoor activities like arts and crafts and sitting on the back deck in the shade listening to the sounds of nature. It is a very short walk to shopping and public transportation. Housemates are generally home all weekend and prefer quiet recreation and leisure activities.

Activity level: Victoria House is a very active place with housemates who are very outgoing and love to host parties. Located at the end of a dead end street they are on a very large piece of land with covered back porch and shaded front porch. Moderate walking distance to shopping, dining and parks. Housemates generally stay active but at home on the evenings and weekends.
